We accept some forms of health insurance for chiropractic care
Chiropractic coverage is included in most health insurance plans. If we are out of network for your particular plan, there was a reason why it was not reasonable for us to participate in that network. Here is one example: One major insurance carrier will not reimburse us for a new patient exam. We book out an hour for this visit; they do not recognize this, and will not reimburse us for this much needed time that is spent with you. This is just one example of many. We will not participate with any health insurance agency who will not support our profession.
We are an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield of RI. This means that on some plans you may have a deductible to meet and other plans there’s just a co-pay. Depending on your coverage, co-pays may vary. We can provide you with your exact co-pay information before your visit. Another way to determine your copay is to look on the back of your insurance card under “specialist”.
We are an out-of-network provider for United Healthcare. This means that you can still receive chiropractic services with us at an out-of-network fee. We can provide you with information on your visit cost before you arrive for your appointment.
Tuft’s
We are an out-of-network provider for Tuft’s healthcare. This means that you can still receive chiropractic services with us at an out-of-network fee. We can provide you with information on your visit cost before you arrive for your appointment.
Aetna
We are an out-of-network provider for Aetna. This means that you can still receive chiropractic services with us at an out-of-network fee. We can provide you with information on your visit cost before you arrive for your appointment.
